Development Tools: Penrillian Packager for Symbian OS

Penrillian Packager for Symbian OS makes multimedia applications for your mobile phone.  It takes content from your PC, and creates an installable package for smartphones running the Symbian OS.   

The applications are limited only by your imagination:

·       Create suites of music tracks to install and play.

·       Install albums of photos, or videos

·       Distribute books written in browser markup languages (WML, HTML, etc).  

The output of the program is SIS files that will install in the user-visible file system on the phone.  It supports UIQ 2 and 3, and Series 60 Edition 2 and 3.   Penrillian Packager for Symbian OS runs on MS Windows and requires you to have installed Microsoft .NET 3.0.  (You will see an error code C0000135 on running the application if this is missing).
