And when the team at Everything Everywhere wanted customers with BlackBerrys to have the same service, they turned to accredited BlackBerry Select Partner Penrillian to create the ‘App’.

Penrillian made full use of the particular strengths and features of BlackBerry devices to make the App more powerful. They achieved this using ‘Agile’ - a software development technique that enables customers and Penrillian to explore and fine-tune creative ideas quickly.

Incredibly, the first version of the supercharged new App was completed in just a few weeks. Blackberry users can keep track of their bills, secure and make changes to their accounts, and make the most of their phones on the Everything Everywhere network. In a win-win situation, the App provides customers with a better ‘self-service’ user experience, while reducing Everything Everywhere’s customer service costs.

The App is updatable, so with a bit more of Penrillian’s Agile development, new features can quickly be brought on stream as needed.
